Shifting of external unit of heat pump

We would like to shift the location of the external unit of our heat pump slightly (as shown in the attached photos). Refrigerant piping length is more than sufficient for the new location, however it has to be bent in the opposite direction, so gas will have to be collected while the piping is adjusted or a section of the piping renewed. Electric power can be either from the existing external hard-wired power point, or can be taken from a nearby external power point fitted for an instant water heater (both taken from power points on internal walls). I have requisite plastic conduits for the gas piping. System to be vacuum tested and put back into service on completion of work.
