Heat Hump Installation (New Build)

I am looking at getting a ducted heat pump system installed , with zoning capabilities & Wi-Fi control. Our preference is Mitsubishi or Daikin, but am open to using other reputable brands. This is for a new build in West Auckland, construction to commence in the next 2-4 weeks. Plans available for sizing an appropriate model. I don't have a huge budget allocated for this, so alternative (efficient) heating/cooling options are welcome.
