Job description
My Panasonic aircon has a blinking timer lamp. Remote shows error 19H. Cleaned the filters and restarted the main unit outside. Same issue still happens.

Worker came in and assessed the heat pump charging me money asking to pay in cash. Heatpump needed parts for which he will get a quote from a supplier and come back to me. He came back with parts cost at $350 + $100 inst. I called Panasonic myself and they confirmed parts are $210 and cheaper if I have an account. I advised the workers who said he got the serial # wrong and will order the right ones. 2 months gone by with 2 calls and multiple txts. All I heard was excuses and silence.
