Flue replacement A Frame Henderson Valley

Had installer ready to quote and do job, unfortunately after several months just advised will do in Summer. So not ideal. Attached is lower floor photos, fire was replaced and flue updated from lower flow then altered to fit into existing flue (probably old potbelly), so while it heated downstairs the draw was ok, and never heated upstairs. We need replaced and top floor doesn't heat so a better system so it does. Its a 91sqm A frame so the osburn should heat it.
