Heat pump install

I have just purchased a Midea 3.5kW Air con indoor & outdoor unit for my lounge and looking for someone to install it. Back to Back install but my house is 2 story so will need an extension ladder or mobile scaffold as ground is slightly level but is on mulch. Indoor & Outdoor unit only supplied will need roughly 5.5m of piping and capping (6.5m to be safe) Also I was hoping for brackets instead of a base to support outdoor unit as the mulch/ bark is going to get removed at later stage and dont wont to double handle the outdoor unit. Underhouse is completely accessible (as seen in photos) and there is a junction box that i believe you could draw power from to the units. Thanks in advance!
