Air Con Assesment

We have an Aircon unit at The Vape Shed located at 326 Alexander St in Te Awamutu that needs assessing. Currently its only able to operate in fan mode. When attempting to use a setting eg. cool or heat it reverts to fan only mode. I am not sure if its a setting thing but i am lead to believe it could be the unit that's causing the Issue.
