Heatpump Service?

Hi I had a Mitsubishi heatpump installed beginning of this year. Since then it has been re-gassed twice (dodgy installation). The last time they filled it with nitrogen to find any leaks, and I was assured it would not leak again. It seemed to work ok-ish over winter, but come summer it is struggling. It is a decent sized heatpump, and we are not trying to cool an especially big area, but it just does not seem to be working very well at all. The other day it was 27 deg c inside and running the heatpump for 3 hours (curtains, windows, doors closed) managed to lower the temp by 1 deg. It just does not seem right. The last two times Heathcoates came out, but they are quite expensive, and would be keen try try someone else.
