Flue Fix

I had a fireplace installed approx 18 months ago. The flue has not been installed correctly as it sometimes leaks down the outside of the flue onto the fireplace inside (which has caused it to start to rust on the top) and also sometimes on the inside of the flue into the fireplace. I am unsure of the cost to sort out, however obviously the smaller the better. Thanks.
