Crying windows

My home is new, it is a nine bedroom home with common living in the middle. I am looking for air conditioning to stop window condensation during winter. I have two large attic spaces that I am hoping to use but it is too hot during the day. If we can utilise this attic hot air to dry the rooms and make the attic space that has wooden floors and electricity a useful space.
