Hi I have a second hand fireplace which I was told by Council that it needs to be signed off to say it was safe to use again. Which I have done I have all new flu to go all the way out of the roof. Just dont have outside flashing. I have the specs sheet for the fireplace. which was given to me by Aber holding Ltd, (there were the ones who signed off on it. There number was given to me by Council ) I have a floor hearth. I believe I have everything apart from outside flashing, All I need is for someone to install and have it signed off on. (By Council) i got the new flu from Aber holding Ltd.
