This is for replacing an existing heat pump at a property being prepared for rental. Electrical and plumbing is already there, and the expectation is to reuse this and perform a like-for-like install. Disposal of the existing unit or other components removed is not required, Photos of the existing unit are attached. We want to do this fairly soon, so availability to complete the job will be considered in addition to price. Scope: - propose replacement unit - install and demonstrate heating and cooling - brief explanation of expected maintenance (by owner) and service schedule (by technician)

Zero issues and very pleased with the outcome of selecting this company for the posted job. The posted job had some very specific details, and all of them were noticed and followed. The brand, model and capacity of heat pump installed is ideal for the place, and the overall job was within our intended budget. No deviation from quoted to invoiced price.
