Kieran and Brad were easily contactable and the quote was as they said. They also had to make an extra flashing that they did not charge me for. They had some trouble with the supplier as regards my woodburner so there was some delay but they kept in constant contact regarding the issues. There is also an issue with the fire door opening too far and scraping the paintwork on the door. The woodburner distributors are coming to look at this.
