Fire place check

I need to have a Kent fireplace checked that it has been installed to NZ standard and would be in sound working order for a house purchase. Then quote on any work that would need to be done There is no record on when it was installed or if complied. Not looking for a fire place clean.... yet. Property is empty and located in Turangi. Would like to find someone to complete this asap
