New Free Standing Wood Fire Install

We need to replace an existing free standing wood fire in a house in Martinborough. We were thinking either with a Metro Wee Woody or Kent Oxford. Attached is the floor plan of the location of the exiting fire. This is a 1970 single storey house, std ceiling height. Please quote for intstall only and supply of the fire/flue and install. The existing hearth can be reused.
