Blocked Flue (among other things)

I have a fireplace with a blocked flue that needs clearing. It is a pot belly, wood burning fire. I have a list of other things I need done also: -Fix nails sticking out of wooden roof beams in bedroom. I am unsure what needs to be done to fix this properly myself. -Replace 3 light bulbs. They are some sort of industrial bulb and I am unsure which type. -Purchase and install a lock box for keys. This is a holiday rental property and I need a safe way of keeping the keys between guests. - Latch on bathroom door needs fixing. Also latch on door to house possibly. -Purchase and install smoke detectors Thanks:)
