Inspect heat pump water outlet

I think we have an issue with our heatpump where the hose running from the heat pump units to the outside units is leaking somewhere in the roof and the wall. I'm hoping someone in the know might be working through the Chrostmas break and have a look at it for me to confirm my theory and rectify the issue ASAP Many Thanks Richard
