Install New Steel Flue on Existing Shacklock 501

As part of major renovations we're looking to install a new flue on our existing Shacklock 501 range. The unit originally had a brick chimney which we've recently removed, although some bricks remain around the range itself. The house is a large 120 year old two story villa, however the range is located on the edge of a single story extension built in the 50's. We want to take the new flue up through the single story roof and up the external wall of the second story (see photos). We will provide a new stainless steel square flue from the range and an adapter from the square flue to a standard 150mm round flue. We require someone to ensure that the existing installation complies with the guidelines, is safe and make any required modifications and install a new flue. You'll need to provide the flue itself, the roof penetration kit and the mounting to the existing external weatherboard wall. There may be some bends required and we're open to modifications to this plan.
