The house has balanced HRV system (Moisture Master brand) already installed, with ductwork and diffusers throughout the house (drawing is attached). The integration of the new ducted heat pump (5 - 7 kW in cooling mode) is required, so the HRV and HP will work together to provide cooling in summer and heating in winter.
