Help with installing a wood burner fireplace

Hi We have recently relocated an old villa. It had a double sided brick fireplace, which has since been removed. We want to replace it with another wood burner fire. Ideally double sided too - doesn't need to be though. Ideally wanting to get a second hand one, to save costs. I have a few on the watchlist. Happy to use a new one if need be though. Firstly, I need you to come out to our site and tell us what the builders need to do (there's a huge hole in the roof and the floor currently the we're keen to patch up asap, and some huge wall cavities created to accommodate the old brick fireplaces - might need to be removed/reduced) Then I want to send you a few options etc and you can consult us on which is most suitable. Then once all that is sorted, we also need the install too :) Thanks
