Haier centralised system - zoning

Hi, we have these units installed in our home. It appears to have been zoned? The master bedroom seems to blow a lot more air than the other upstairs bedrooms, and the downstairs bedroom doesn’t blow at all but it does have a vent. Looking for someone experienced with these particular units to come and achieve even distribution throughout the entire house. We have the manuals (photos attached fyi) but can’t work it out. Thanks!
