Servicing of Residential Heat Pump

We have 3x heat pumps installed at our property. We have been living in this new built house for 4 years, without any service to these units. We have two Haier and one Carrier heat pump installed. I would like a price for someone to service these units properly and refilling of gas if required. Price is required prior to job please. Viewing welcome.
