I have listed this on behalf of someone who requires their spa gas heat pump to be repaired. BACKGROUND: Spa Gas Heater REU 95G5-3 Year 1983 Serial Number 83 5 00 C 305 The existing gas spa pool heater had been converted to LPG by Rinnais. This stopped working and he purchased a second hand replacement heater which was for Town gas but could be converted to LPG bottle gas. The original gas heat was removed, took out the burners and jets and put them in the replacement heater. The pilot light works but goes out when the knob is released. Rinnai no longer have parts for this heater but parts from the old heater could be useful. He has the “Rinnai Gas instantaneous Water Heater Instructions” and the SCHEMATIC DISASSEMBLY diagram which shows all the parts of REU GS 3 in exploded form. He is interested in getting a quote for the repair, he can do the installation.
