We need this woodburner and hearth removed. Ceiling made good, gib and plaster flue hole (have both gib and plaster). Repair corrúgated iron roof incl paint (have paint). Ceiling is 2.9m. Easy access to outside, roof pitch not steep. Recycle/removal of woodburner and flue not required.
