Rumpus room wood burner installation

We are just outside Matakana and are looking to install a fire in a garage that’s being converted to a rumpus room. It’s an old 1930’s French enamel stove that’s been fully restored with new firebox and bricks but has no emissions / standards paperwork. Fire will need some form of thermal protection behind and a connection made for back of stove to flue (I can organise once I know what’s needed). Flue will be exposed though rumpus room (single story). Office is located in roof space above rumpus room with good access (albeit a bit tight as storage built under eaves section). Would like to get done in the next month or two. Will need producer statement for building code compliance. Photos show stove, inside location for fire and outside picture showing garage (flue will come to the left of the dormer window, I assume about a meter from the roof bottom edge).
