Location - Whangaparaoa House size - 5 bdrm - 1 lounge/dining/kitchen combined. 2 bthrm I want - heating over the winter months that can be controlled room by room and cooling during the summer months. Budget - mid range. I do not want - heat pump units hanging on the walls - yuck. I prefer the thought of - ducted through the ceilings
