Ducted system installation

Please find the attached mark up which details what needs to be done. The current split system will require degassing for removal. I will remove the DVS system so the vents will be reused for the new ducted system. An additional vent will probably need to be installed near the kitchen. Property only has single phase power available. The outdoor unit will be installed off the ground on cantilever unistrut and be provided suitable power to the isolation switch of the outdoor unit, both of which will be installed by myself before the installation of the system. There is plenty of space both in the ceiling and under the wooden floor, but only a small access hatch to get into the ceiling space.
