heat pump has a blocked drain as it is making a noise like rain drips inside

I believe that my heat pump may have a blocked drain as it is making a noise like rain drips inside it. Nothing has leaked down the walls yet but I would like to get this fixed ASAP by a qualified professional. I have two heat pumps and I would like to get this one fixed and serviced/cleaned and the other one checked/serviced/cleaned also at the same time. I am in Fairway Bay, Gulf Harbour and would like the job done with some urgency if possible please. You must be an authorised mitsubishi heat pump serviceperson to do this job as it is still under warranty.
