Heat Pump pre-piping and install

Need pre-piping done for back-to-back heat pump in new house that is under construction. Ideally wanted to get it done before GIB was installed but my previous installer (after repeated promises) let me down. Hence GIB has already been installed and plastering almost done. The builder has installed a ducting through bricks around floor level on outside hence I would like piping to run on the inside of wall. Ducting doesn't run all the way up the level where heatpump should be, it is only through brick, hence GIB would have to be cut to get it in. I need to get this done asap before the building company starts painting. I would like a quote for the pre-piping and installation of heatpump (seperate quotes if possible please). The model I am looking at is Panasonic CS-E28MKR. Refrigerant pipe diameter 6.35mm (1/4) liquid side and 15.88mm (5/8) gas side. There is already an electrical cable installed from main switchboard through the wall.
