a helping hand to get some jobs done I can't do myself

need a brand new free standing wood burning fireplace installed. Also a garage made water tight leaking in wet weather. Plus a small fence and gate built/installed. Happy for builder to do here and there when he has time, doesn't have to be done all at once but would be great if could be done all together
