Have a relocated house, want a inbuilt fire dowstairs. At this stage, if the flue went staight up through thr 2nd storey, it would be around 5-600mm into a bedroom, so it'd need an offset to place the flue closer to the wall, and then boxed in (to make the room more usable). Currently all open framing (easier to see where we need to go) and scaffolding in place
