Heat pump in small apartment

Hi there, We have a small apartment in Mana that needs a heat pump to meet the new healthy living standards. We had a report and been told that it needs to be 4.8kw. Looking for provision and installation. We also need to top up insulation in ceiling if can be done together otherwise will sort elsewhere. Can provide a heating report on request. Thanks Nigel
