Heat pump isn't working right

Our Fujitsu heat pump doesn't react to our remote control. We can still turn the heat pump on manually and heat will come out, but it's stuck on one setting. Our remote turns on but when we try adjusting the pressure or temperature the heat pump won't react. We are unsure what to do.

New fire installation

We have purchased a Yunca monte fire, and flu kit, layed the hearth, but every weekend are too busy to install the fire/flu. This is on our house plans so we don't need a new concent, just the installation, PS3 and passing the inspection. Daikin heat pump - outdoor unit fan replacement

The heat pump isn't working and called a technician to have a look. They have noted that the outdoor unit fan is not operating in cooling or heating cycles. It has been recommended to be replaced. Electrical and refrigerant systems appear to be functioning normally (aside from fan motor issue). Need someone who has experience with Daikin heat pumps to locate the part and replace.

If I had the fire in my house and ready to be put in, how much could it cost? As the hole in the roof already exists etc. the existing would need to be removed and the new fire and flue put in :)

Plenty of access to power, though I am not a sparky, so load could be a problem. External to wall to run piping to condenser is high maybe seven meters, but plenty of space for base condenser. Fire place inspection

Hi, we have a fire place that is not consented by council and is exempt on our insurance. So we don't use it. We want to install a heat pump and would be eligible for subsidy if we had no other heating in the home. We just want our fire place inspected and assessed if it's usable or not. Ideally if not usable we would like a letter stating that so we can use to apply for heat pump subsidy. Hope that makes sense! Could we also have quote for having the fire place closed. thanks!

Fujitsu Outdoor Unit Replacement

We have an 18 year old ducted heat pump system which has been serviced regularly and the last service was 2 years ago. However it stopped heating or cooling suddenly in the last week and it was found that the Fujitsu outdoor unit refrigerant gas pressure is low. Given the age we were advised to replace the outdoor unit. Can you please quote for a new unit and installation. I can supply serial numbers etc.
