Removal of potbelly fire and installation of new fire with BC

Hi There, Id like to have my potbelly fireplace removed and a more modern freestanding wood burning fireplace installed. I'm aware this needs building consent? I also want to arrange to have the brick bagged and painted in-between removal and installation. If I could please have this looked at/quoted? Photos below.... The potbelly is my current fireplace and the other two are examples of what i want to do. I look forward to hearing from you.
