Mitsubishi Heat Pump - Electrical Repair

Heat pump is on the north facing side of my property. The electrical wire and cooper water pipe that comes from the unit inside, runs down the outside side of the house to the fan unit (I don't know the technical name). Wires and cooper water pipe were originally covered with soft covers but has since been chewed by my fur baby (dog) and no longer works. The electrical wire is now exposed/damaged and the cooper water pipe has only the soft covers chewed off. I see no damage to the cooper water pipe but needs double checking. 1. Electrical wire to be repaired/checked and recovered 2. Cooper Water pipe to be checked for any damage and repaired accordingly, also recovered. 3. Turn on unit and check it is working and operational before leaving. 4. OPTIONAL: Fully service the heat pump. 5. Available times after 2pm Mon-Fri and anytime during the weekend. No due date or time when this should be completed. Please see photos.
