Remove gas heaters and install heat pump
Job description
Both my gas heaters failed their inspection and so I've decided to remove them and install a heat pump. The Semtex people have just blanked off the feeds to the gas heater under the house so they just need to be removed tidily. The heat pump needs to appropriate but middle of the road. As I'm currently in the process of selling the house, this was inopportune and so there is some urgency around the process.
