Heatpump for rental property

I have a unit that I would like a heatpump installed in the lounge to meet rental standards, I have had gree units installed before in the other units so would like a quote for gree units or something equivalent. The lounge area that I would like a quote for is 5.7 meters long x 4.5 meters wide and 2.74m ceiling height. Single glaze windows with floor insulation and no wall insulation. It's a back to back install with Aircon power cable ready to be installed so that should save on some electrical work. Easy access to underfloor.
