Chip Heater Chimney Repair

The chip heater chimney needs some attention. The chimney is circa 1960 and is concrete encased in metal and lacks a cowl. Above roof level the metal skin has rusted in one place to the point where it has made a hole. The job would be to clean up the chimney, making it weather tight and adding a cowl.
