Gas Fireplace installation

This job is to measure, supply and install a Gas fireplace. I do not know if the gasline is operational but there is a gas bottle at the property (may possibly need to be looked at if it is safe). I dont know if the flue is still there or not either. The place where the existing fireplace was is vacant and open. I do not know the measurements of the fire place. I need somebody to measure it up and determine that a Gas fire can be put in. Then I need somebody to purhcase a correct fitting fireplace and then install it. Work needs to be complete by Mid December
