Fitting elecric blow heater

Appartment is based in Browns Bay, it has two bathrooms with no heating. We would like to fit two blow heaters into the bathrooms, heater can be supplied by us or the electrician. Heaters in mind are hard wired and high wall mounted with easy access pull string. Appartment is ocupied by an eldely lady so would like job done as soon as possible for winter.
