Shift an existing Panasonic heat pump unit

Need an existing heat pump unit shifted/re-fixed after removing an external timber deck that it was sitting on. Its currently just been cut around and left in place to avoid damage. Will need to be taken off from the timber and fixed to the wall or the ground securely, without damaging it. Open to the best/most appropriate and cost-effective solution and location. Cheers!
