Reroute power, gas lines, and drain

I've got a house extension in progress, ceiling and walls in existing garage have gib off for 2 weeks so opportunity to ditch an ugly existing conduit and hide all the pipes into the opened ceiling space and redeploy an old drain line (or its 22mm holes) for the downward sloping drain, into a new mini-tub (to be installed). add stiftener plates to 6 or so studs for council to be happy, disconnect, re-route, connect and test.
