Fujitsu Heat Pump Service x 2 (1 small, I standard)

Two Fujitsu Heat Pumps, both requiring servicing. One in upstairs bedroom, one in downstairs living area. Downstairs exterior unit is on flat roof with easy internal access - this unit has had insulation around cabling "chewed off" by birds. Ground level unit ok to our knowledge. Would like done as soon as possible and do you offer senior citizen discounts? 👴👵 Many thanks! We have no idea of the cost which is why we are going down this track!
