BURNER DOOR WONT CLOSE

Last night tenant reported to me that her wood burner door would not close, she checked the door but could not find any obvious faults. Possibly a door hinge drop ? Need the door checked and repaired as soon as possible as this is a family situation and the wheather is getting cold
