Fireplace removal

We have a magnum wood burner (in the wall) + Flue + tile surround/hearth that we wish to remove from our lounge. Outside chimney is to be left as is as long as it’s stable and not going to collapse. We need someone to remove the fireplace, remove the chimney flue and make chimney weathertight and waterproof including all necessary building paperwork requirements being met. Plus we need the wall fixed inside once the fireplace is removed. Looking for approx costs please
