Urgent - heat pump installation by Jan 31

We have a grant to get a heat pump replaced in our Playcentre by the end of January 2025. The contractor we had lined up is unavailable so we are scrambling to find someone before the grant money needs to be returned. See plan below. the red line is the broken unit, the white line is the new location for the replacement and the light blue line is where external unit is located. Photo of the specs of the current unit below too. We just need a like-for-like replacement.
