Remove and replace heat pump

An existing heat pump has failed and is to old to repair. The job is to remove the existing unit and replace with a good quality second hand unit that we already have and previously has been professionally uninstalled from another location. It should be a direct swap although a friend has suggested that piping may need to be changed? The new unit is R32 ? Please only quote on this job if you are able to provide correct certification on completion. Photos show existing back to back installation and replacement unit to be installed.
