Exterior cowl and skirt to wood burning fire flue

We have a Kent Viking 1 free standing fire with a flue that needs the cowl and weather proof skirt replacing. The flue goes through the roof on a 2 storey house.(built in 1980). Access can be via the lower storey roof and the flue is near the middle of the upper storey roof. The roof is Monier concrete tiles with 15 degree slope. The flue OD is approx 180 mm and the iron shield OD approx 275 mm.
