Airwell DS ducted system refrigeration problem

Need refrigeration checked over for obstruction, refrigerant charge, compressor performance. System operational including comp but no heat transfer between coils in either forward or reverse cycle. R410a , install date circa 2003. Be aware this is an old system with some history (electrical) but refrigeration has always been solid and electrical is currently ok. Failure mode occurred suddenly and there still appears to be refrigerant in the system however internal compressor cutout now operates after about 15-20m since failure. Refrigeration components all easily accessible in situ.
