Fireplace install

We need a new fireplace installed including all accessories - flue etc . We are in the process of choosing between two different fireplaces - Kent Forbes or Horama . The Horama will require a custom size flue . We also need to ammend our council approval as the original plans had a different fireplace on it. We not sure how to go about this. Can u tell us the fastest way to get this sorted? The flue goes through two floors. The quote should include the following: Free Standing 2 Storey Installation 175mm flue kit (Horama) Dektite Flexable Flashing --- Though floor kit The Kent Forbes fireplace is standard size flue kit. We do have a quote from “The Fire Boys” already. Husband is an Architect / Builder so he will have the roof flashings ready and fitted. The fireplace is freestanding directly on the hearth. We are really keen to have the job done , we were supposed to get it done before the Winter but keep getting held up by various things, plus we need to sort he council side of things. Thanks
