Our carrier heat pump, is not cooling appropriately. The carrier heat pump mechanic said it is not the unit, something with pipes. It’s a back to back installation. What is the cost for re-piping so it does not leak out. Please provide best quote Carrier ac : 3.5KW cool and 3.75KW Heat
